Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the LG V40 ThinQ, having a 11.65 score against 10.19. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than LG V40 ThinQ, it is incredibly heavier and thicker. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 11 version and LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10, so it provides some nice extra features.
