The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, getting a 98 score against 87.1. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Motorola Edge 20 Lite has Android 11 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is older, a little thicker and somewhat heavier than Motorola Edge 20 Lite.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little sharper screen than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because it has a better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a better screen pixels density and a little bit larger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit more storage to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite's battery life is just as good as the battery performance in Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, and although they both have a 108 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a bigger aperture and a lot better 7680x4320 video quality.
