Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Motorola Moto G Power, having a 98 score against 76.1. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Motorola Moto G Power were released with only 1 months difference, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is heavier but just a bit thinner than Motorola Moto G Power. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11 version.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit better processing power than Moto G Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a slightly better display than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has a little bigger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a greater count of pixels per display inch.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Moto G Power, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures much clearer pictures and videos than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a camera with lot more MP, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos and a much better video quality.

The Motorola Moto G Power has a battery life that's just as good as Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery performance.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G Power. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save some money and buy the Moto G Power, letting go some features and specifications.
