Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 11.65, which is way better than Motorola Moto G8 Power's global score of 9.54. Even though the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Motorola Moto G8 Power were only released with a few months difference, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is just a little bit thinner but heavier than Motorola Moto G8 Power. These phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 11 version and Motorola Moto G8 Power has Android 10 version, offering a couple nice extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a bit better screen than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because it has a little bit larger display, a better pixel quantity in each screen inch and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because it has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit faster processor than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Moto G8 Power counts with improved battery life than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much better pictures and videos than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and videos, it also counts with a lot higher video resolution, a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot bigger back camera sensor shooting much higher quality photographs.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto G8 Power. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Moto G8 Power, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
