Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Motorola Moto Z3, getting a general score of 98 against 77.6. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than the Motorola Moto Z3, it is notably heavier and a lot thicker. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version and Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z3, because it has a larger screen, a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a higher screen density. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better processing unit than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures way better videos and photos than Moto Z3, because it has a way more MP camera in the back, a bigger diafragm aperture for better photography and video in poorly lited environments, a much larger back camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos and a way better 7680x4320 video quality.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto Z3. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Moto Z3, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
