Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than the OPPO Find X3 Neo's 76 score. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11, counting with a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an older, thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the OPPO Find X3 Neo.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and the OPPO Find X3 Neo have really similar processors, they have 8 cores and 12 GB of RAM. OPPO Find X3 Neo features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a little bit smaller display, a just a bit inferior pixels count per inch in the screen and a lot lower 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bigger memory to store more apps and games than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a little bit longer battery duration than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes better photos and videos than OPPO Find X3 Neo, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a much higher video definition and a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more money than OPPO Find X3 Neo, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
