Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot better than Galaxy A15 5G, with a 98 score against 77.4. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version and Galaxy A15 5G has Android 14. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a notably older, just a little heavier and a little bit thicker phone than Galaxy A15 5G.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit sharper display than Galaxy A15 5G, because it has a higher screen density, a little bit bigger display and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.
