The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than the Galaxy A21s's 77.7 score. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Galaxy A21s has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a somewhat heavier cellphone than Galaxy A21s, but both are 0.35inches thick.
