Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is way better than the Galaxy A31's score of 81.3. Although it's the best in this review, we must highlight that it's also a just a little bit thicker and heavier phone. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version and Galaxy A31 has Android 10 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a slightly better screen than Galaxy A31, because it has a little bit more pixels per display inch, a little bigger display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy A31, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures way better photographs and videos than Galaxy A31, and although they both have a same size back-facing camera sensor, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a lot more mega-pixels camera, a larger aperture and a way higher video definition.
Galaxy A31's battery lifetime is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery performance.
