The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is better than Samsung Galaxy A50's general score of 83.8. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than the Samsung Galaxy A50, it's noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A50, because it has a better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a bit bigger display and a higher pixels density.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and videos, it also counts with a lot better video definition, a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a lot larger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photographs.
