Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is better than Galaxy A51's 85.5 overall score. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Galaxy A51 has Android 11 version. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a way heavier and somewhat thicker phone than Galaxy A51.
