Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 11.65, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy A71's 10.42 score. These devices have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. Despite being the best in this review, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a somewhat thicker and heavier device than the Samsung Galaxy A71.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A71, because it has a quite larger screen, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a greater pixels density. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy A71, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 6 GB more RAM. Galaxy A71 features just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, and they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy A71, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy A71. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy A71, letting go some specifications.
