Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy F62's 88.1 score. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy F62 has Android 11, so it counts with a lot of extra features. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is a little bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy F62, but it's just a little heavier and was released a little bit over a year before.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy F62, because it has more RAM and a larger number of cores. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy F62, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a bit larger screen and more pixels per inch in the display.
