Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than the Samsung Galaxy M20, getting a score of 98 against 78.9. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy M20, but it's somewhat heavier.
