Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is better than the Galaxy M40's score of 85. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy M40 has Android 10. Even though Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Galaxy M40, it must be noted that it's also way heavier and thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy M40, because it has a little bit better display pixel density, a little bigger screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px.
