Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's 98 global score. Both phones we compare here come with the same Android 13 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G were released with only 6 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is just a bit lighter and just a bit thinner.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. They have 12 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra count with quite similar displays, and although the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little lower pixel amount per inch in the screen and a bit lower 1440 x 3088 resolution, they both have a screen of the same size.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's storage to store more games and applications is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's one, both have a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB and exactly the same internal memory capacity.
