The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than Galaxy Note 3, with a 98 score against 81.2. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is way newer than Galaxy Note 3's, but it's incredibly heavier and just a little bit thicker. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, so it counts with a lot of extra features and increased performance.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a slightly better display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a just a bit lower display pixel density, a little smaller display and a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit superior processor than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures greater photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a bigger aperture to take better captures in low light situations and a way higher 7680x4320 video definition.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 64 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3200mAh.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 3, giving up some specifications.
