The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 overall score. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, but it is a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, providing some extra features and optimized performance.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cpu cores and more RAM. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Note 4, resigning some features and specs.
