The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 overall score. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, but it is a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, providing some extra features and optimized performance.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cpu cores and more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit lower 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher display pixels density.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a way better 108 megapixels resolution back camera, a lot higher video definition, a way bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality and a larger aperture to take better low-light photos. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has more internal memory and an external memory card slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3220mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Note 4, resigning some features and specs.
