The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 11.65, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 9.75 overall score. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, but it is a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, providing some extra features and optimized performance.
