Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Galaxy S10, with a 98 score against 88.3. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a newer phone than Galaxy S10, although it's a lot heavier and thicker. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Galaxy S10 has Android 11, giving you a lot of extra features and some performance improvements.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little worse 1440 x 3040 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S10, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for taking photos in low-light environments, it also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a way better photo and video quality, a way higher 7680x4320 video quality and a camera with a lot higher resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a slightly better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S10, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S10, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S10. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy S10, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
