The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S10e's global score of 86.3. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S10e's, although it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little sharper screen than Galaxy S10e, because it has a larger screen, a quite higher pixel count per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little better performance than Galaxy S10e, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S10e, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S10e, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3100mAh. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S10e, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting photos or video in low light environments, it also counts with a lot larger sensor which gives a way better image and video quality, a much higher resolution back camera and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S10e, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S10e. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S10e, giving up some features and specifications.
