Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S10e's, although it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little sharper screen than Galaxy S10e, because it has a larger screen, a quite higher pixel count per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S10e, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S10e, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3100mAh. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S10e, giving up some features and specifications.
