The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is just a bit better than the Galaxy S20, having a overall score of 98 against 94.8. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is somewhat thicker and much heavier than Galaxy S20. Both of these phones include the same Android 13 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding OS features.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Galaxy S20 feature incredibly similar CPUs, both have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores. Galaxy S20 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 3200px, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a just a little higher display pixel density.
