Galaxy S21 Ultra has a global score of 98.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's global score of 98. Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but Galaxy S21 Ultra has 11 version while Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has Android 13 version. Galaxy S21 Ultra is a just a little heavier cellphone than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but they are equally thin.
