The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S22's overall score of 93.4. These devices include the same Android 13 OS (Operating System), so both of them should give all the same operating system features. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Samsung Galaxy S22, we must highlight that it's also older, way heavier and somewhat thicker.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy S22, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 4 GB more RAM. Galaxy S22 counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a quite smaller display, a little worse screen pixels density and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S22, because although it has a lot smaller back camera sensor taking way lower quality videos and photos, and they both have the same 7680x4320 video quality, the same video frame rate and a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a much more megapixels back-facing camera.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S22, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with greater battery life than Galaxy S22, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 3700mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S22, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S22. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S22, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
