The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is slightly better than Galaxy S22 Ultra's 95.4 general score. These phones include the same Android 13 OS (operating system). Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body has the same thickness than Galaxy S22 Ultra, but it's a little lighter.
