Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is better than the Galaxy S25's 82.6 general score. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has older 13 version and Galaxy S25 has Android 14 version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much better performing CPU than Galaxy S25, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a just a bit less pixels per inch of display and a quite smaller screen. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S25, because although it has worse video frame rate and a lot tinier sensor capturing way worse quality images and videos, and they both have the same video resolution and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S25, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more than the Galaxy S25, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
