The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, having a overall score of 98 against 90.7. Both devices in this comparison have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has Android 14 version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a way better hardware performance than Galaxy S25 Ultra. They have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
