Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Galaxy S6, getting a global score of 98 against 87.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way newer than Galaxy S6, it's a lot heavier and noticeably thicker. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version and Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version, providing you a couple nice extra features and optimized performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processing unit. The Galaxy S6 has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a little lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel number per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S6, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures, a lot larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a camera with a lot higher resolution and a way better video quality. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
