Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Xperia Z5, getting a 98 score against 77.6. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is way newer, but notably heavier and thicker than the Xperia Z5. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, so it provides you some nice extra features.
