The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, with a overall score of 98 against 79.8. Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot newer than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, it is somewhat thicker and heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way more expensive than Xperia Z5 Premium, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
