Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Xiaomi 11T Pro, with a score of 98 against 85.2. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design has the same thickness than the Xiaomi 11T Pro, but it's just a bit heavier. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Xiaomi 11T Pro has Android 11 version, giving a lot of extra features and performance improvements.
Xiaomi 11T Pro features a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a little worse screen pixel density, a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi 11T Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
