The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than the Xiaomi 14's 79.4 global score. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Xiaomi 14 has Android 14 version. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a noticeably older, a bit thicker and heavier cellphone than the Xiaomi 14.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with an extremely better processor than Xiaomi 14, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi 14 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a bit worse 1200 x 2670px resolution, a bit smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display.
