Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than Xiaomi 14T Pro's general score of 84.5. Even being the best we are comparing, we must tell that it's also an extremely older, just a little thicker and a bit heavier cellphone. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Xiaomi 14T Pro has Android 14 version.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi 14T Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processor and a 12 GB RAM. The Xiaomi 14T Pro counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a just a little lower display density, a quite smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi 14T Pro, because although it has a way tinier sensor which gives a lot worse photo and video quality, slower video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same video definition, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
