Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is way better than the Xiaomi 15's 80.6 overall score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Xiaomi 15 has Android 14 version. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is incredibly older, somewhat heavier and a little thicker than Xiaomi 15.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 15. Both of them have a 12 GB RAM memory and 8 cpu cores. The Xiaomi 15 features a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 2670, a quite worse amount of pixels per screen inch and a little smaller screen.

The Xiaomi 15 has a little better battery performance than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because it has an 8 percent greater battery capacity.
