Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra's score of 90.7. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an older and a little thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, but Samsung was able to make it a little lighter anyway. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has Android 11 version.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a much better looking screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1440 x 3200 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra also counts with a just a little higher display density.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, and although they both have a 0.5 inches back-facing camera sensor, the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a lot more mega pixels camera and a larger camera aperture. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a quite bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a battery lifetime that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery duration.
