Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Xiaomi Poco F3, having a overall score of 98 against 87.3. Despite being the best phone in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is older, somewhat heavier and thicker than the Xiaomi Poco F3. These phones have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Xiaomi Poco F3 has Android 11 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.
Xiaomi Poco F3 features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has 6 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. Xiaomi Poco F3 has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a just a little lower pixel density, a quite smaller display and a much lower 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Poco F3, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Poco F3, and although they both have a 0.5 inches back camera sensor and the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a much better 7680x4320 video definition and a camera with a way higher 108 megapixels resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Poco F3, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4520mAh.
