Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than Xiaomi Poco M3's overall score of 78.2. These devices work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user some additional features. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is a little bit thinner but heavier than Xiaomi Poco M3, and both of them were only released 9 months apart.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Poco M3, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200, more pixels per screen inch and a bit larger display. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Poco M3, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and a SD card slot that holds up to 1000 GB.
