The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G's general score of 80.8. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a somewhat heavier phone than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, but they are equally thin. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, providing you some additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a little bit larger display and more pixels per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
