Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a 98 score against 76.6. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, offering a couple additional features and a performance increase. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a heavier phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but both are 0.35inches thick.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a little bit bigger display, a greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G both count with incredibly similar batteries, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same aperture and the same back-facing camera sensor size, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a way better video resolution and a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
