Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, getting a 98 score against 83. These devices have Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has Android 10 version. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is older and somewhat heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, it's design is still just a little bit thinner.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, because it has more pixels per display inch, a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a little bit bigger screen. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much greater memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
