Samsung Galaxy S20 is just a bit better than iPhone 12 mini, getting a 94.8 score against 88.5. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy S20's body is heavier and a bit thicker than the iPhone 12 mini. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with Android 13 operating system, and iPhone 12 mini has iOS 14.x operating system.
