The Galaxy S20 works with Android 13 operating system, while Apple iPhone 6 has iOS 8.x operating system.

The Galaxy S20 has a bit better processing power than iPhone 6, because although it has a 32-bit processing unit against 64-bits and doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores. IPhone 6 counts with a display that is just as good as Galaxy S20's display, although the iPhone 6 has a lot smaller display, way less pixels per screen inch and a lot worse 1334 x 750 pixels resolution.

The Galaxy S20 counts with a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPhone 6, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy S20 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Apple iPhone 6, because it has a way better video quality, a larger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos, a much higher resolution camera and a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and photos.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Apple iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Apple iPhone 6. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Apple iPhone 6, letting go a couple features and specifications.
