Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is better than the Google Pixel's 80.2 general score. The Galaxy S20 construction is way newer and a bit thinner, but somewhat heavier than the Google Pixel. Galaxy S20 counts with a bit better processing unit than Google Pixel, because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a larger display and a higher pixel count in each inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy S20 features a better camera than Google Pixel, because although it has a worse resolution camera, it also counts with a way better video resolution, a bigger aperture to take better captures and videos in low-light environments and a way larger back camera sensor.
Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much bigger storage for games and applications than Google Pixel, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 has a really longer battery duration than Google Pixel, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2770mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel, resigning some features and specifications.
