Comparison review

The Galaxy S20 is a lot better than the HTC One M9, having a general score of 94.8 against 77.7. Galaxy S20 is a newer and thinner device than the HTC One M9, but it's also a little bit heavier. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, giving you some extra features.

HTC One M9 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S20, although it has a bit smaller display, a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a little lower quantity of pixels per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much bigger memory to install games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that allows up to 1000 GB.

The HTC One M9 has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processor. The Galaxy S20 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than HTC One M9, because although it has a way lower resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a way larger sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and pictures, a bigger camera aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light situations and a way higher video resolution.

Galaxy S20 has a much better battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the HTC One M9, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
