Samsung Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is way better than HTC U Ultra's score of 77. Samsung Galaxy S20 is a a bit lighter phone than the HTC U Ultra, but both have the same thickness. Galaxy S20 features a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC U Ultra, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a slightly better display than HTC U Ultra, because it has a bit larger display, a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a quite better 1440 x 3200px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a little bit better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has an external memory slot that allows up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
