Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is much better than the LG G8X ThinQ's 82.7 global score. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version while LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. Even when the Samsung Galaxy S20 and LG G8X ThinQ were only released with a couple months difference, the Samsung Galaxy S20 is a little thinner and lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S20 has a bit better CPU than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 has a little more vivid display than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better screen pixel density and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S20 takes clearer photographs and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture and a back-facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a much larger sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photos.
The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a quite bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy S20, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8X ThinQ has a battery performance that's very similar to the battery duration in Galaxy S20.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G8X ThinQ. If you want to save some dollars, you can get LG G8X ThinQ, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
