Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is better than Microsoft Surface Duo 2's general score of 85.3. Despite of the fact Galaxy S20 is older and incredibly thicker than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, it's construction is still notably lighter. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version while Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has Android 11 version, giving some additional features and enhanced performance.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 counts with a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a really smaller display and a quite lower 1440 x 3200 resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen.

Galaxy S20 features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy S20 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 takes clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting photographs and videos in low light situations, and they both have a 12 mega pixels back camera, the Galaxy S20 also counts with a lot better video resolution.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a little better battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has 4449mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Galaxy S20 costs a lot more money than the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
