The Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is better than the Motorola Edge 50 Neo's 81.9 overall score. Although Galaxy S20 is extremely older than the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, it's body is just a bit lighter and a little thinner. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has an older 13 version while Motorola Edge 50 Neo has Android 14.

Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a little worse 1256 x 2760 resolution and a just a bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a bit larger screen. The Galaxy S20 features a lot better processing power than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S20 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo counts with a bit superior battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has an 8% greater battery size.

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo captures just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same aperture, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo also has a back camera with a lot better 50 mega pixels resolution, faster video frame rates and a bigger sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.
