Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is much better than OnePlus 8 Pro's overall score of 77.2. Galaxy S20's construction is lighter and a little thinner than OnePlus 8 Pro, although both were released only 2 months apart. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S20, because although it has a quite lower display density and a bit lower 1440 x 3168 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit more powerful processor than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has 4510mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. OnePlus 8 Pro takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a bigger back camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photos, a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Samsung Galaxy S20 costs more than the OnePlus 8 Pro, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
