Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is way better than OPPO Find X3 Neo's 76 global score. The Galaxy S20 is a somewhat lighter device than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, but both are equally thin. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has 13 version while OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11 version, providing you a lot of extra features.
The OPPO Find X3 Neo counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S20, because although it has a lot less pixels per screen inch and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a bit bigger display. Galaxy S20 features a better memory capacity for applications and games than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 and OPPO Find X3 Neo have incredibly similar CPUs, both have a Octa-Core processor and 12 GB of RAM memory. The OPPO Find X3 Neo takes clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and a same size diafragm aperture, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has a camera with a much higher resolution and better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The OPPO Find X3 Neo features a little better battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has a 13 percent larger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 costs a bit more than the OPPO Find X3 Neo, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
