Samsung Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G's score of 79.9. Samsung Galaxy S20 is an noticeably older device than the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, but it is lighter and a bit thinner anyway. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has an older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has Android 14 version.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features just a bit better display than Galaxy A25 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better number of pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px. The Galaxy S20 counts with a way better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy A25 5G shoots slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy S20, because although it has a way tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing much worse quality videos and images, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also counts with a camera in the back with much more mega pixels and higher 30 fps video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has a bit bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1 TB. Samsung Galaxy A25 5G features better battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
